Our delivery time is 3-5 working days and for international orders the delivery time is 7-15 working days.

If you are based in Victoria and your parcel has not had a scan on it, please note that since Stage 3 restrictions have come into effect that there are further delays and we are working on getting your parcel to you.

Therefore, all goods can be returned, for any reason, within 30 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange. In the case of an exchange, customers will not be charged for re-posting.

Please note the following terms and conditions for returns or exchanges:
• Goods must be returned in a re-saleable condition, not worn or washed and have all labels and tags attached.
• No refund or exchange will be made until the goods have been received.
• Customers are responsible for cost of returning the items to us.
• Additional first class or international postage costs are not refundable.
We strongly recommend that when returning items, you use a delivery method that confirms delivery of goods with a signature.
If you believe you have purchased a faulty product, you must provide proof of purchase to receive a refund or replacement product. Proof of purchase may be your original register receipt, credit card statement or any other form of evidence.
BERREK may have the faulty product assessed by a third-party certified repair agent to determine the nature and cause of the fault. BERREK reserves the right to decline an exchange, refund or repair where any product fault is caused by misuse or neglect.
Refunds for all purchases will be given using your original payment method (online purchases will automatically be refunded to the account used to pay) except in the following circumstance:
